Apartment in São Bernardino
In this cozy little town, we have an apartment which we unfortunately can not utilize at full scale, so we thought we could sell it.
This is not the Algarve with rajtan and tourists around the clock, which most Swedes seem to want. This is better.
We have a cozy furnished apartment in the small village of São Bernardino on
Silver Coast, close to the sea, beach and golf! A small nice beach 200 meters from the apartment. Golf you can play (and drive :-D) either 5 min (barely) from the apartment by car, or a little further away (but not much longer) to the fashionable Praia del Rei. You can swim in the Atlantic from many places. In addition to the beach at the apartment, you can drive about 7 km to Peniche (the capital of the surfers).
If you want to go to the big city, it's no more than 80 km to Lisbon.
Whoever wants fresh fish and freshly baked bread should not miss it! In the morning, both cars arrive at intervals with their different tutors so that one can distinguish who is whoever learns (sad to run down the street and buy fish for breakfast ...).
The apartment has two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, living room with sofa bed and fireplace (it was by the way the most expensive stove we bought, I chose the man paid. But it's cheeky!), Bathroom with bath and shower and nice sink actually, washer and dryer . Fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The terrace is fantastic! If you do not want to go to the beach on a Sunday, the terrace is perfect!
The apartment is at the top of the property on a corner, so the terrace goes around the entire apartment. In total there are 6 beds, the sofa bed is included. The apartment is furnished according to our own style a bit old, a little new. Do you want a bit of rajtan (though not in the Algarve where there are only tourists ;-)) you can go to Peniche or Lourinhã, both very nice towns. Garage is also available if you do not want to park on the street. Regards Ulisses
